How therapy can help

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. It is a space to understand patterns that may be keeping difficulties in place and develop ways of responding that feel calmer, steadier and more supportive of the life you want to live.

How I can help

I work in an integrative way, combining evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitication and Reprocessing (EMDR) with other approaches when helpful. This allows us to address both present difficulties and earlier experiences that may be shaping them, at a pace that feels manageable and safe.

I work with adults, offering a thoughtful and collaborative approach tailored to each person. I provide therapy in English and Greek, online and in-person.

Let’s begin the conversation.

A woman with curly hair smiling while sitting on a beige sofa in a room with white walls. She is wearing a colorful dress with a geometric pattern. There are yellow and light green pillows on the sofa.

You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Together we work to understand patterns that may be keeping difficulties in place and develop ways of responding that feel calmer, steadier and more supportive of the life you want to live.
